Vintage Swivel Office Captains Banker's Chair. The seat height is 16.1/2 inches (42cm). The seat is made from a single Oak, Elm? Plank, which probably dates it since large timber like this is rare or unobtainable now in Britain, the swivel part is cast iron. Sorry it does not raise or lower or tilt!
