This desk needs a sand and wax to remove some minor stains and enhance the beautiful solid wood top which I think is oak. There are some chips to the veneer on the drawers (pictured).    Beautiful mid century twin pedestal oak desk in excellent overall condition - some scratches and marks visible on close inspection. The drawers run smoothly and the dividers are removable. Some marks inside the drawers. One peg has snapped in half where the pedestal joins a centre piece but this doesn't affect the strength of the desk and you can't see it.
