   Beautiful vintage Belgian theatre seats made by Fibrocit, Brussels. These were the first model of these seats made by this company and they date from the 1930s. The seats were salvaged from a cinema in Comblain au Pont in Belgium. In overall lovely original condition, the soft close mechanism works well. There are marks and imperfections as to be expected and the seats have a lovely patina.    I would love it to go onto someone to restore as it so deserves this. It is a nice solid house and actually has the sun trap (so rare to find these with the art deco houses). Yes is has issues but then I think this would make a superb project.
