Beautiful vintage Belgian theatre seats made by Fibrocit, Brussels. These were the first model of these seats made by this company and they date from the 1930s. The seats were salvaged from a cinema in Comblain au Pont in Belgium. In overall lovely original condition, the soft close mechanism works well.

There are marks and imperfections as to be expected and the seats have a lovely patina. The seats are numbered on the front and back (although less noticeable) and still have their original makers plates. The chair stands free but can also be screwed to the floor for extra stability. Great as extra seating that does not take up much room or perfect for the hallway, a really great piece!
