Very Unique, Vintage, Portable Carlos Zipperer by Industria Brasileira Wooden Storage/Sewing/Craft Box. This box features an inlaid palm trees design on the top, inlaid design along the bottom, sliding drawers with sections reveal additional storage options. This piece still has the original Carlos Zipperer by Industria Brasileira sticker. Overall, this box is in good vintage condition, there are slight signs of wear and age. Condition is consistent with age and normal wear and tear.

Please inspect the items by reviewing the attached pictures. It was manufactured in Brazil's Zipperer factory, which was founded by Carlos Zipperer in 1923. He was a very progressive thinker, a big supporter of solidarity in the workplace and a pioneer in green manufacturing practices, including using otherwise wasted wood to create novelty lamps, boxes and trays. His is the oldest furniture factory in Brazil and is known for its low employee turnover.
