I would love it to go onto someone to restore as it so deserves this. It is a nice solid house and actually has the sun trap (so rare to find these with the art deco houses). Yes is has issues but then I think this would make a superb project. I have enlisted help to package this house to send so it will be well packed, but obviously with the size and weight it could only be sent Parcelforce48 (probably large size) and I would need to arrange collection due to obvious reasons mentioned earlier.
