Beautiful vintage Belgian theatre seats made by Fibrocit, Brussels. These were the first model of these seats made by this company and they date from the 1930s. The seats were salvaged from a cinema in Comblain au Pont in Belgium. In overall lovely original condition, the soft close mechanism works well. There are marks and imperfections as to be expected and the seats have a lovely patina. The seats are curved for ergonomic comfort and the wood has a lovely colour and grain. It measures 140cm wide by 96cm tall. Has been used for many years so has the odd wear and tear scratch but nothing obvious. Really handy for extra occasional seating or for hallway seating.
