Violin has no markings or labeling on the inside. Only name we are able to find is the shown "John Juzek" brand name that is on the wood bridge shown in the photos.

Violin appears just as shown. Will need new strings as shown. Has a very unique mother of pearl type inlay design on the tailpiece as shown. We acquired this violin from a local estate sale.

The family that owned the violin had 3 children who grew up in the 1970's time frame playing the violin. In addition the parents in this family traveled the world and had numerous collectible items in their home from Europe.

So it's possible the violin came from Europe. You can see violin has been heavily played. Believe it would make a beautiful violin for possible restoration, and perhaps someone else can find out more about it.
