This is a vintage box made from carved wood and has an inlaid micro mosaic pattern around the frames. The carved wooden lid shows a picture of the Taj Mahal so I'm guessing this was a souvenir from India or similar. No maker's marks from what I can see. Does come with a key but I don't think the lock works..... The key goes around inside but the little latch seems not to go across. A very nice vintage trinket box. Does have small areas where the micro mosaic has come out.. 6 inches x 4 and 1/4 inches x 2 and 1/2 inches. In the title or description it means. Condition which...
