These items sat on a shelf a very long time Color is faded away, chips, cracks/splits uneven surfaces. One of the head slides off and on. Bottom has metal pieces and eye hooks. These are far from perfect but do know they are old. Please look at all photos and ask if you need more. One duck weighs 2pds 7.6 ounces and other weighs 2 pounds 9.1 ounce. They will be packaged well in a box.   

   Here is a fine little Japanese Hermit mask. Carved in a high quality aged, renown yew wood, overlayed with a traditional shellac. Appears to be Yew wood (poisonous to sand), done in a traditional Ichii-itto-bori Technique to highlight the rich grains. Ichii-itto-bori carving is a woodcraft technique that involves carving yew wood using only chisels, and was developed by a netsuke master, Matsuda Sukenaga. Matsuda was from the Hida region of Japan.
