Teak Dining Table by Finn Juhl. Made in Denmark, an exquiste example of a France and Son mid-century dining table by Finn Juhl. In solid teak wood and with a unique'floating table top' supported by four beautifully turned circular legs, each with a dished top. Marked to the underside with the France and Son label and also stamped in gold'Made in Denmark'. The only imperfections I can find are a very small chip to the grain on the top, a small chip to one of the end supports and some light discolouration to a couple of the legs. All being typical types of gerneral wear and tear. Overall, an exceptional piece of mid century design and would be ideal as an office desk or a dining table to seat four. Chair and model trawler for scale purposes.
