Incised image of the Taj Mahal on one side of the Gong -Smooth on the other. Dimensions ; 30cm x 25.5cm x 10cm (H x W x L) of stand approx. Diameter of Gong is 15cm approc. Hammer approx 16cm in Length. Item shows signs of wear. Items are vintage/ antique or pre- owned, therefore will show signs of age.    This is a vintage box made from carved wood and has an inlaid micro mosaic pattern around the frames. The carved wooden lid shows a picture of the Taj Mahal so I'm guessing this was a souvenir from India or similar. No maker's marks from what I can see. Does come with a key but I don't think the lock works..... The key goes around inside but the little latch seems not to go across. A very nice vintage trinket box. Does have small areas where the micro mosaic has come out.. 6 inches x 4 and 1/4 inches x 2 and 1/2 inches. In the title or description it means. Condition which...
