   This charming handmade bureau had been left in a shed and was in a pitiful state when it came to us, but one look at its sad little face and I knew it was worth the work to revive it into a piece which can be loved for decades to come. There were many repairs and a lot of prep to be had here, but once that was out of the way we got onto the fun stuff. This piece dates back to the very early 1900s, and was clearly handmade by some ingenious chap or chapess.
