A 19th Century Victorian gilt wood picture frame c1890. The impressive frame is in wonderful large, elegant and imposing size. Carruthers & Sons as the carver and gilder is documented on the back, carving and gilding frames in Manchester in the late 1800s to the early 1900s, Glasgow Scotland. In completely unrestored condition, straight out of a grand country house. This would make a lovely mirror. Presents nicely'as is' but deserves to be restored as this is by a highly rated maker. This elegant & imposing Victorian chest of five drawers is of lovely large Proportions and in nice condition. They give a really nice contrast to the body of the drawers. Two Small Drawers and Three Graduated Drawers Below, all of Dovetailed Construction, running smoothly and clean internally.
