I've no idea how the artist managed to get so much detail onto a piece this size. The painting is genuinely beautiful. The painting has been finished with a deep, clear polished lacquer to protect it. Not sure of the age of this piece but looks to be somewhere between 60 and 80 years old. It has a wonderful look about it. We all fell in love with this brooch when it came in. Please see our photo's for more detail.
