Rare Vintage Hollywood Regencyfrench Provincialdixienightstand 70s Bonnet
This is the original color scheme for this 1970s style. Ivory with gold tones, lovely and very Hollywood Regency with a touch of class and elegance. Lovely silohuette and elegant lines, bevels and curves.
Antique ivory tone with gold and brass accents and scrolly curly cabriole legs. Solid wood piece, working drawers, one smaller top drawer and one larger bottom drawer (that looks like two). Backside and bottom of drawers are pressed wood. Vintage and beautiful piece in the classic French Provincial or Southern Dixie style. Appealing curvy and beveled edges with decorative brass hardware. Available in the original two-tone colors ivory and gold colors. Add a touch of class anywhere it is displayed: entry way, console table, bedside night stand, bedroom vanity area, nightstand, bachelor table, anywhere. The overall structure and integrity of these nightstands are tight, solid and sturdy condition. All of the metal hardware is in excellent condition. The inside drawers are very clean and very lightly used as you can see in the photos. Each nightstand can be touched up, given a complete makeover or used as is shabby chic look. Very good vintage condition, rare and hard to find style.
Unique scalloped edges and beveled carvings on the front and the side panels and the beveled curvy and scalloped all around edges provide a touch of flair. These pieces with all of these accents and curvy molding are getting harder to find.
Has scruffs, scrapes, gouges and nicks as might be expected but can be repaired refinished or used as is. If you're crafty you could modernize with two-tone make-over in contemporary colors (reference last photo). Some owners have updated the look of these nightstands with contemporary colors.
