Large Antique/Vintage Solid Pine Rustic Chest of Drawers - Overall approx size 50cm D x 104cm W x 114cm H. Age unknown but they have an antique characterful look which confirms that they have been around for many years. They have a handcrafted rustic look to them. A sturdy set of large "statement piece" drawers. I bought them from an antique shop approx 2003 and they have been in a spare bedroom of a modern smoke free home ever since. I also bought and always had drawer liners in them which will be included in the sale. They do not look like they have ever been stripped as cant see evidence of paint/varnish residue. They do show signs of age and use (they have never really changed during my ownership). They are solid pine wood so do have splits from age and big knots of which a couple are missing. Drawers work nice and are all clean inside (see photos), they do have some marks, dents and scratches. No keys & don't know if locks work. The back wood is rough and discoloured with age. Inside the carcass is discoloured from dust/age. The top has some marks and water stains. All imperfections are age & general use related and add to the character of the piece - it is what you would expect from an antique set of solid wood drawers.
