COLLECTION BEFORE THE SHOP CLOSES OR WE ARE HAPPY TO HOLD ON TO THE ITEM FOR YOU UNTIL WE RE-OPEN. This stunning large statement Shop Counter Unit of Haberdashery Drawers boasts a bank of 35 drawers. Really practical, they would be great to use in retail once more for haberdashery or clothing or add a wonderful style to any room of the house for storage or for filing. There are a total of 35 drawers, they graduate from slim drawers to the top to larger drawers at the bottom, one or two of the drawers are slightly mis-sized, guessing these were from another matching cabinet in the shop, it doesn't notice overall. One of the drawer fronts has an edge of loss from some time, the wear has mellowed over time and is part of the character. Card plates were added to the drawer fronts at some point in time, there are remains of old labels underneath from a time when the drawers would have been labelled up in the shop to show their contents. See photos 5 & 6. It's a fabulous old Shop Drawer Unit with vintage patina, please look through the photos. Highly polished counter top, see photo 7, clean and very sturdy, some vintage knicks and knocks along its edges just commensurate with age and the busy life it has lead, with some old indentations and impressions smoothed over time and consistent with shop use, the left hand back corner has a small square knick to the very corner tip, see photo 8, it's nothing nasty at all. The surround sides are intact and sturdy, an area of old wood worm to the right hand side end but as it is at the back it is not noticeable unless inspected, it is long gone now and it has been treated to be sure and safe. The front base has had a plinth removed from along the bottom at sometime.

The back has had a new board fitted. All clean, sturdy, structurally sound. It stands at 94 cms high. Max Width is 183 cms x 60 cms Depth. MR FOX'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
