Centa Armchair Mid Century Modern Danish Design Teak Wood Vintage Chair 1960's

Thank you for taking the time to view my shop items. Style / Model : Centa mid century modern armchair. The back is fully covered and the bottom cushion is detachable. Size : Stands around 90cm high, 60cm deep and 62cm at widest point. Cushion and back currently covered in a marble effect blue.
Some age related wear marks to outside of arms. Rubber support straps are original but could ideally do with being tightened a little for a firmer seat. Fabric is all clean and smoke free.

Re-covered at some point and no fire resistant labels are visible. I believe the company stopped trading in 1967 so this could be 50's or 60's. Slightly simpler design to others that I have seen online. The back is fully covered and from feeling around is just a square frame with no crossing struts so would need strapping if exposed.

Already a great looking chair and comfortable to sit on but with a little work and new cushions / fabric would be a stand out piece. Collection is from Hoddesdon EN11. Any display items used in the pictures are not included in the sale.
